REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY


RESCHEDULING

We are happy to help you reschedule if unforeseen changes arise & you find it necessary to change your

event date. For weddings and weekend day rates - this needs to be done at least 30 days in advance of

your initial date. If it’s closer to your initial date than 30 days, a $100 re-scheduling fee will be assessed.

There are no rescheduling restrictions or fees for hourly events or photo shoots.

CANCELLATION

For all booked events (aside from photo shoots) your initial retainer consisting of 50% of your total rental

(not including add-ons) is non-refundable in the event of complete cancellation. Because dates are

typically booked out months in advance, cancelling often leaves us with a loss in booking that we are

sometimes unable to fill. This retainer helps alleviate some of that income loss for ‘The Venue’ (though not

all) due to client cancellation.

Although booking deposits ARE non-refundable in the event of cancellation, this amount is not lost, but

kept on file under the financially responsible person’s name as a ‘credit.’ This credit can be used towards

any other type of event (party, baby shower, bridal shower, family/ holiday gathering) at our location.

Photoshoots are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, they can be rescheduled, or the amount kept on file as a

credit under the photographer’s name.
